This is the turbo installed
to the exhaust manifold. The smaller blue line seen above is a special
high pressure
oil-proof line which feeds
oil to the turbo. The turbo has a combination of cooling and lubrication
from the oil while
air also helps cool the
turbo.
The larger bluish green line seen below the turbo is the oil return line that dumps to the oil pan.
The red hose on the left
is actualy a piece of heat-proof insulation for the pyrometer. If
you look closely you can
see it seperating from the
actual pyrometer line.
